You are not in Nuremberg anymore?

No problem, if you send us all nessecary informations of your lost property, like proof of ownership, passport or any other official identity document and your current adress, we will send the loss subject against reimbursement to you. You get more informations from our employees via e-mail or on the phone.

To hand you out your lost property we need some informations and documents of you:

• any proof of ownership (for exemple: pin code or mobile phone contract, sales slip, identity card document,…)
• passport or any other official identity card (e.g. driver license)
• reimbursement in cash – no creditcards excepted
